As far as I know, this information is NOT available via FTP, nor should
it be (due to fraternity policy).
Whenever you get addresses from Nationals, they always send along a
letter than indicates that it is against policy to sell the list or
otherwise distribute it. Putting a list of President's addresses on a
public site would violate this policy.
If you would like a list of chapter president addresses, contact the
national office and ask for a leadership directory for the appropriate
region (they will only send you one at a time). This will contain an
address for each chapter, the name and phone number for the President,
and the name, address, and phone number for the advisor (if the chapter
has submitted this information).
There is, however, a list of chapters available on an FTP site. This
contains greek name, school, city, state, section, region, charter
dates, and if the school is active/inactive/petitioning. I maintain
this list and a copy is available on Rick Nyman's FTP Site
(rnyman.async.vt.edu; anonymous as login; password is eagle {lower case}
in the /filebox/nyman/apomisc directory; filenames apo-l.by?) or at the
wpi FTP site (wpi.wpi.edu; anonymous as login; any password; in the
/clubs/AphiO directory {check case on directory}; apo-l.by?).
If you have a question about the list, don't hesitate to respond via
private mail.
