Hi again everyone! I need a little information from y'all or for someone
to tell me how to possibly get that information. Thank you in advance.
A few of here at the AAE chapter are interested in establishing a
scholarship at the College of Charleston to be awarded to the children of
Alumni of the fraternity and our chapter who might attend the College in
the near future. We found out today that we need $25,000 to start the
scholarship -- $5,000 raised over the next five years. We're looking into
fundraisers, donors and corporate sponsors. We called the national office,
but the person with whom we spoke said she hadn't heard of any one
inquiring into how or actually doing this project in the time she's been
with the fraternity. Have any of you come up with this idea? If so, how
is the progress in actualizing it coming along? Are there any legalities
with the fraternity that we need to be aware of? Is there someone from the
national, regional, or sectional level that would like to help us out?
We're just starting and doing a lot of legwork to propose the idea and get
it underway. Any help and information you can send to us would be greatly
appreciate. *SMILES*

to say, but it will occur to me only after I've gone.
