Apparently, this year's version does have the Scout Law and the Oath, but
in a different location and much smaller.
I was working on outdated information regarding the pledge manuals from last
year... that or I completely missed it, but according to an once-high
official in the National Office, the information about the Law and Oath has
been in the manual for this year.
