I believe that Beta Sigma Alpha was only a proposed name for our organization.
If it was officially used it was only to identify early organizational
efforts. After the chartering date, we have always been know as APO. Maybe
our National Archivist can elaborate, but my understanding is that this was
only a proposed name.
