Greetings and salutations from New York City!

The Spring 1995 Section 97 Conference will be held
at Hunter College, home of the "Dirty Dozen" (the 12 active
"brothers" of Alpha Phi Omega-Alpha Gamma Gamma Chapter)!
We are proud to announce that the number of "brothers" and pledges signed up
for the conference is now 17 and counting!
This is an all-time high, and is up 1700% from last year's conference! That's
because last year---there WAS no Section
97 Conference! But March 24-25 at Hunter College will change all that, and the
brothers of Alpha Gamma Gamma Chapter are working furiously (well, not so
furiously) to provide a little something for
everyone! On tap is a "Friday night luau" at Hunter College, workshops on
absolutely nothing in particular, real New York
bagels and pizza, our multimedia center(featuring free billiards
and TV),buttons,T-shirts,cheap syrupy soda, and much, much more!
We are also proud to say that this is the only sectional
conference in America declared "dolphin safe" by the Tuna Manufacturers of
America. ABSOLUTELY NO DOLPHINS WERE KILLED
TO MAKE THIS CONFERENCE!
To maximize turnout for this event we are asking
only $15.00 per person. (If you are attending the "Friday night luau"
then we would ask for an additional $10.00 only if you want food.)
For those brothers from out of town, who say "I could never afford
a hotel in New York"--you're RIGHT! However,we will be opening up
our office complete with couch to a few brothers who may want
to crash overnight. (Please let us know in advance.) Info was
mailed out to Region I chapters. For more info, call the Section 97
Conference Hotline--(718) 320-0108/2441,or try the chapter
phone at (212) 772-4443 (we hope to have it reconnected by Friday),and ask
for Ben. Thank you!
YILFS(!)
