Hello All you APO types:
I joined Zeta Theta chapter at Drexel back in 1962 (or so). It's
interesting listening in on some of the APO "chit-chat". Since graduating
Drexel in '65, (BS in EE), I worked for Leeds & Northrup Co. as a Project
Engineer in Steam Power. After 13 years we left engineering and moved
to Potter County in Penna. Did some "homesteading" till the money ran out.
Now I teach in the Electrical Engineering Technology Dept. at Alfred State
College. Alfred is 16 miles north of the Pa. boarder and nearly due south
of Rochester, NY.
Some of the courses I teach are: Circuit Theory, Robotics, Electron
Electronic Fabrication and assembly language programmimg courses for the
Motorola microcontroller and the PC's. I have a good time. The thrust of
the programming course is directed to motion devices, like robotic devices.
Are there any EE's out there ?
Have a farm house to rent, if anyone wants to move to the boonies
for a year or two.
Any Zeta Theta people listening in. I wonder if my pledge paddle
is still around.
Getting late, enjoy .......
