I'm doing a little survey.
I would like to get a sense of other chapters growth/shrinkage/retention
rates over the last few years.
What I would like from you is a listing of how many active members and
new initiates you've had each semester in the last few years.
In other words, if you've had three semesters of 40 actives and 10 pledges
and then last semester you had a sudden jump you might send me something
like this.
Active Brothers New Initiates
Spring 93 40 10
Fall 93 40 10
Spring 94 40 10
Fall 94 45 20
Current 60 15
Please include your current number of actives and pledges. Also, go back
as far as you can within the last five years or so.
Please e-mail me privately, I will post the results when I'm done.
