Recently, our chapter has begun to discuss the effectiveness of our pledge educ
ation process. Many feel our old style of worksheets and quizzes along with va
rious resources to look at is antiquated and hints of social fraternities. Wha
t are other chapters doing to cratively educate their pledges about the history
, traditions and symbols of the fraternity? Please respond privately unless yo
