It is my privilage and honor to annouce the Petitioning Ceremony for
the APO group(who recently established Petitioning Group status) at
Arkansas Tech University! It will be on April 21st. Section 33 Staff and
several Brothers from the Beta Rho chapter(U of AR) will be performing
