Well, being that we're on a quarterly basis, none!! ;*)
Sorry, too easy...we give one to two in a year, and sometimes not even
that.  We feel that the DSK is a very special award, one that shopuld not
be given or recieved lightly, and we have even developed procedures to
follow in the awarding of the DSK itself.
        Even though it is very prestigious, I don't really think that we
have ever given one that didn't need to be given nor not given one that
didn't.  I know that our system isn't perfect, but it does seem to work.
