The bylaws site on Zeta Beta's FTP server is far from dead.
If people are interested in submitting bylaws, I'll find out the
current deal (I'm not active anymore) and let everybody know (If you
email them to me as an attachment - TEXT/ASCII please - I'll
certainly make sure they get put up).
To get to the server, drop by ZB's web page (that's
http://www.vt.edu:10021/org/aphio/aphio.html) and follow the link to
our ftp server (that's http://www.vt.edu:10021/org/aphio/pub/ or
ftp://fbox.vt.edu/filebox/org/aphio/pub/ if you're not using a web
browser).
Most of those bylaws are from around 1993 - interest dropped off
quickly in the exchange, although it doesn't take up much space, so
it's still there.
