Calling APhiO a Service Fraternity is appropriate because that is a category
of Fraternity (Honorary and Social being two others), and it isolates us
from the Social fraternities. Comparatively, we do more service and have
less emphasis on the social aspect.
More importantly, the entire organization revolves around a service
component (by fostering leadership we are doing service to ourselves and
each other, ditto for fellowship).
