Regarding pins...
I really liked the pin game that someone pointed out...I even saved it to
share with my chapter.
What we do is a little less involved...someone will usually say "Pin
check!" during muggings (assuming your chapter does muggings) and anyone
not wearing a pin has to pay for it.
