As far as I'm concerned as long as they are pledging they are very much
my brother.  Granted they are a PLEDGE BROTHER, but hopefully if we as
BROTHERS have done our jobs right they too will be BROTHERS, instead of a
PLEDGE BROTHER.

Sure they can'y vote yet, or wear our letters, or particpate in the
ritual.  But in every other sense I consider them my brother.  We need to
make sure we keep that in mind, which I think most of us do pretty well.
But it's good to have reminders.
