Would someone mind explaining to me the difference between a
pledge and a neophyte?
I've seen some people use the words as if they were the same
and others have used them as if they were two totally different
ideas.
In one case I heard of a chapter has a time when pledges become
neophytes right before the initiation...
is this standard or expected?
