Brothers,
sorry to repost the same subject but I've been told that my first concern
didn't print out so good....
so here goes #1 again....
I'll assume everyone got my request #2...
What we're dealing with is the occurence of a new Circle K group on campus.... w While we realize that they have every right to form a Circle K group
on campus we are concerned because they used the words "Leadership,
Friendship, Service" on their posters and fliers advertising their first
meeting....
also we are concerned because a former brother who left on very bad terms is
joining... we all feel that she would deface the name of APO given the
chance... and we feel that if she were to get an executive position in
Circle K (which she just might) she poses a threat.... you see we are
recovering from a fight with the virtually new Community Service Office
here.... they mounted a campaign with the title "service without
committment" and went on to say that with the Office you didn't have to
pay money or have requirements... you could just come for one project
and leave.... they also called all the places that we did service and gave
them a new phone number, stating that *this* was now the number to call
if you wanted Muhlenberg students to come and do service....
we are afraid that this new group may be a similar threat - especially
with our former brother in the group (she has a history of being
backstabbing)....
any suggestions?
