It is possible you may be talking to the wrong people. If you are not
getting results from them, try to find out who they administratively
report to and diplomatically suggest that there seems to be a problem in
getting the problems resolved. Ask your chapter advisor(s) to assist in
"opening some doors." Often they have contacts in administration who
can facilitate removing "roadblocks." Perhaps a college/university
administrator for student affairs, or an "ombuds" or advocate officer (if
your school has one) or your student government could also be of help.
Often administrators who are "sitting on problems" just need a little
help in realizing that the solution is not difficult and once dealt with
it is no longer causing "unfulfilled task tension" for them.
