Sorry for the (long) cross-post... Here's some Regionals info that Mary Orr
asked me to post:
1) Directions to "Hartford" Marriott (in town of Farmington) within CT: From
84E, take exit 37 (Fienemann Rd) - at lite at end of exit ramp, turn left onto
Fienemann Rd - at next lite, turn right - Marriott will be on right. From 84W,
proceed straight thru light at end of exit ramp (stopping, of course, if lite is
red) - Marriott will be on right.
If you need further assistance with directions, or are taking public
transportation and would like to be picked up from the airport, train station,
or bus station, please contact me (not Mary or Cheryl Smith - they'll just tell
you to get in touch with me) ASAP either via private email

both codes work) 223-8625 (please try to call before 11:30, I'm a working stiff
- I mean staffer).
2) If you registered for the banquet without indicating your meal choice
(chicken or beef), please contact the Conference Chair, Mary Orr, *ASAP* via
private email at ORR_MAV@CCSUA.CTSTATEU.EDU or call 860/203 - 832-0983 (Mary has
a very nice non-brother roomie who is NOT involved in this conference, so please
don't pester the roomie with millions of questions). If you tried Mary's number
earlier and got no answer, try again - her computer and answering machine were
both on the same line, but that's been fixed.
3) If you did not get a hotel card in your mailing (the last mailing just went
out), please make your reservation ASAP by calling the hotel directly at 860/203
- 678-1000 - remember to ask for the A Phi O Conference rate.
4) Speaking of that last mailing - since it was delayed, the deadline for early
registration has been extended to Wednesday, Dec. 20 - please return your forms
as soon as you can.
