I think for this you'd probably need fractional T1 if you were doing
anything with pictures at all. Pure text like the chapter bulletins might
be doable though. Especially if it started out as a gopher site.

I'd say rather the 320+ with active chapters. I wouldn't expect help from
U of Kansas for example since the chapter there has been dead for quite
some time. I'd say the best bet in that regard would probably be the tech
school in the U Missouri System (UM-Rolla?). I think the the fraternity
asked for that, I'd say that you'd probably get good response from most
of the tech schools in the NE ranging from Rose-Hulman to MIT.
