First off, after receiving a reply, I realize that I had made a mistake. I
didn't want to sound like I felt Dan was a bad person, or someone who had
purposefully set out to hurt someone. I do want to congratulate him on
wanting to start a chapter at University of Nevada, Reno. I think that is a
great idea. What I was trying to say was that grouping people is not a good
idea, ever, and one of the groups he mentioned hit very close to home for
this old boy. Also, sometimes, groups we perceive as "bad" are simply
misunderstood or misrepresented.
It is real easy to point to one event, or one person, and say, "Look, see,
there is what they are all like" and it hurt just a little to see
cross-dressers lumped as "bad". Like I said before, I will not touch the
psycopathic killers, since I have never known any, only related to some who
were dead before I was born. We must learn to accept people. If what
people do does not harm others, then why must we condem and group. We
shouldn't.
If actions are damaging to other people, then we need to look at why these
people do these things. It is not as black and white as even I would like
to think it is. It isn't even shades of gray, it is glorious technicolor.
People are as different as can be, and we must learn to take these
differences and work with them.
Again, I do apologise if I hurt, offended, or upset Dan Baldwin, that was
not my intent.

he may fall)
