All that the Title IX exemption for the Social Greeks means is that
someone wishing to gender-integrate a social greek can not sue the school
under Title IX to do it.

There is nothing in Title IX one way or another limiting the school
ability to force their social greeks to be co-ed (or for that matter
forcing them to be single gender).
