Well while I was gone, six more votes came in, and although I got
twice as many BAN votes as during the first 10 days it was still
nowhere near the popular position, all in all...

Total of 30 votes, none of which were mine for the record.
So I'll be doing as I stated in my last post, once a month alternating
between a full posting and just the changes since last time. This one
will be the full version because I'm in a hurry to go to bed, which
also explains the other thing, this will be the first time I ever
posted this list when I knew there was something wrong with it. 1 hour
and 13 minutes ago (according to my watch), the commonwealth of
Virginia suffered an APhiOQuake that split it into two new sections 81
and 83, expect the results of that to be the first change listed in
next month's list. It'll take me a couple of days to make the
appropriate changes to the site, I have a master's thesis to defend
tomorrow, and while I'd rather work on the web site I'm sure no one
will fault me for this one. :)
