I like the idea of moving Legislative off to another list. That way we
can discuss issues like THE TOAST SONG until we turn blue in the face.
I don't think we really need a separate list for announcements. They
come relatively few and far in between. Most of the announcements are
along the lines of Who's chartering, Who's moving, and Who's got new
members and new officers. So my idea would look like the one above,
except no APO-ANN.
Who thought that this list would ever get busy enough again to even
consider another split?
