This is one case where the ONLY thing to do is contact the National
Office. Get the phone number for a fax machine somewhere on campus and
arrange a time for the National Office to send stuff. Thre just isn't any
reason for anyone other than the National Office (icnluding the National
President and the National Legal Counsel) to have the infomration handy
that you will need.
This is if you really think it will be worth it to have this guy...
