Hi all!
Ok, so I have no life; however, I picked up the phone and called
these people. Here's what the operator told me then patched me through
to a recording.
If you are not a subscriber to Lexis, then you must do the
following to remove your name and personal information from their list.
There are only two options and telephone removal is not one of them.
OPTION 1:
Fax you CURRENT FULL name and FULL address to Lexis at
(513) 865-1930. Only include your full name and full address.
The operator said that is the only information that you will need to be
removed from the list. She also warned against giving anyone your
mother's maiden name unless it is you that call the company.
OPTION 2:
Regular mail your CURRENT FULL name and FULL address to
the following address:
ATTN: P-Trax
P.O. Box 933
Dayton, Ohio 45401
This is the info that I received when calling about 10 mins ago.
The operator said to make note somewhere on the Fax or letter that you
want your name and all other information pertaining to you removed from
their lists.
Hope this helps y'all out!!! I know my fax is being sent out in
the next few minutes.

PS. Again, as a reminder, DO NOT include anything other than your FULL
name and FULL address. The operator said they need no other
information. By the way, full address also includes PHONE NUMBER.
