The day of NSD is a guideline. Having a service project and having it
early or late is MUCH better than not having the project. In fact, when
they put NSD projects in the T&T, they don't even care about the date.

Insurance can be tricky, perhaps someone else has some suggestions. :(
Easiest way to ease fears about being a fraternity is to bring at least
one of each gender to the next meeting. While there are co-ed socials and
APO has all-male chapters, showing up with both genders makes it clear
you don't fit their stereotypical view of a fraternity.

Who would frown on it? I'm sure that the brother who proposed the NSD
theme would much ratehr have the activity one week late than not have it
at all!
