An amendment in our case (National Convention) modifies the Articles of
Incorporation, National Bylaws, Standard Chapter Articles of Association,
Rituals, and/or Toast Song.
A resolution would direct the fraternity take a course of action such as:
I move that the National Fraternity cause to publish, on an annual
basis, the names of each National Committee and its constituent
members. (Reference: R-2)
This is one of the resolutions that would not go in the bylaws, but will
cause an action by the Fraternity.
Note: Resolution R-2 was chosen because it was the easiest one for me to
get to, and it is not a contraversal one either.
