Section 98 unfortunately is one of the least communicative/active
chapters in APO. The information I have is the following.
Active: U of PR @ Mayagu:ez
EXtension effort: U of PR @ Rio Piedras.
The contact I have is an advisor at the group at Rio Piedras. His name is
Luis Rosario. His email address is lurosari@upracd.upr.clu.edu He is also
in contact with the group at Mayagu:ez. (u: = u with two dots over it)
The inactive chapters at the Pontifical Catholic University and the two
campuses of Inter American University (San German & Metro) in addition to
UPR-RP.
Luis is on APO-L you may get email from his as well..
