Kappa hosts one MBU per year, for two weekends, usually one in
late February and one in early March. Unfortunately, I'm not the
chair of it, so I can't give you a lot of logistical information on
it, however sending mail to aphio+@andrew.cmu.edu with "Merit Badge
University" or "MBU" in the title will assure that it goes to the
right person.
