Alpha Phi Omega Philippines runs parallel Organizations for men and women.
A school would have both a chapter of Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity and Alpha
Phi Omega Sorority. However it may have only a chapter of the fraternity.
According to my last information there are no schools that have only an
Alpha Phi Omega Sorority chapter, but there isn't anything in the national
by-laws to keep that from happening.

This was considerred, but rejected by both the school and the Regional
Director. The all-male chapter at St. Louis University - Parks (Theta Xi
chapter) has decided to try to become a chapter of Theta Xi National
Social Fraternity.

Some Fraternities and Sororities do have the concept of multiple chapters
at the same University. The Fraternity and Sorority run by the Mormon Church
have 4 chapters of each fraternity at Weber State University in Utah.

I seriously doubt that it will last until 2100, In fact I'm not sure the
concept of an all-male or all-female Social greek will last until 2100.
About a dozen private schools in New england and one in California allow
Social Greeks but require that they be co-ed to exist on campus, I
predict by 2010 that at least one public University system in New England
will follow. (probably Vermont, Massachusetts or RI) At least one social
fraternity (ALpha Delta Phi) has had the chapters at the schools that
were required to go co-ed as a sepearate but parallel national
organization Alpha Delta Phi Society. (fairly good relations between ADP
Frat & ADP Soc.) If an all-male social greek can't exist, I doubt an
all-male APO chapter will be allowed to either.
I doubt this trend on State Universities will spread out of New England
until 2030 or 2040, but by 2080, there will probably only be a few states
where it is not true. Once the states in the Midwest start requiring it,
I think you'll see the national Social Greeks giving local option to
their chapters.
Time itself will work against that. As I've commented, the number of
all-male chapters is only able to increase with extension to Morehouse &
Hampden Sydney and will otherwise decrease or stay the same. How many of
the all-male chapters will survive another 100 years Continuously active?
(Other than Auburn and Drexel. :)
100 years ago Frank Reed Horton had not yet heard of Scouting, 100 years
from now Alpha Phi Omega may exist in some form totally alien to us today.
(High School chapters?,Alumni chapters able to vote?, in as many countries
as Scouting is?) But I doubt that form in the United States will include
all-male chapters.
