    First of all, Explorers DO let women in. Secondly, we are a Scout
    organization through TRADITION, not through actual ties. We try to
    follow their law and oath to the best of our abilities.

    Yeah, well how in the f#(K are we supposed to be leaders, friends,
    and do service? The scout oath and law outline the way to do this.
