Both Colleges have merged the day division and the night division of their
schools. There is an active chapter at St. Peters and the charter
for the night school is defunct. I would presume that although there
is no active chapter at Kean that a reactivcation would be under the
name of the day chapter.

Having a former board member say it is not in violation makes me feel better,
but it would still be quite a bizarre situation.
