Mark,
There is a supreme court prescedent with the Jaycees that makes all-male
chapters in violation of the law. As a result of the court's decision the
Jaycees were forced to go co-ed. They had the equivelent of little
sisters in there organization, and the Supreme court stated that they must
be granted full membership status in the organization.
