2 questions for those at all-male chapter

Questions 1: As a student organization on a state funded university, does
your chapter receive money from the university/student activities dept??
Question #2: Why is it that there are only a few number of voices being
heard from brothers at all-male chapters? (What I am asking is if
remaining all-male is such a pressing issue for those brothers at all-male
chapters, why haven't more brothers from those particular chapters spoken
out on the topic?)
