What if this person had not fully completed all requirements and borderline
sexually assaulted another pledge (who had completed all of her
requirements)?  Would you opt to keep the offender or risk losing the
person assaulted?  If the choices were to completely boot him or
allow him to finish out his pledge requirements during the next
semester, what would you do?  Do you still agree that "There is NO
ONE that 'doesn't deserve to be a part of APO' " ???

Personally I would opt to not risk losing the pledge who had finished everything
& get rid of the offensive person.
