My apologies, I was led to believe it was a remerger from some of
the info on the Parks campus.

The chapter at the Main Campus (Delta Delta) is much larger (>100?) than the
chapter at Parks College (Theta Xi). Even if all of the Theta Xi brothers
had stayed active they never would have represented any significant
voting block in Delta Delta.

I was unaware that the primary responsibility of the inability to merge
lay in the hands of the main campus chapter.
