Fellow brothers,
I would like to ask you for an outline of what your particular semesters
look like when you plan activites such as service projects and social events.
Please, no details on your Intrafraternal policies are or how you implement
them. What I am looking for is a set of outlines of the semester goings on
to help us to improve our own outline to make us a more unified and effective
chapter.
Example: If you had some kind of service project on your campus, the
things I want to know are who benefits from the project, how it leads toward
a semester goal if it does, and how you went about accomplishing the task
with general resources. Personnel, and logistics.
Example: If you had some kind of social event, give me some ideas about
activities that could be included if you had some theme in mind. How should
we structure it? Should we structure it? Does the University participate
via some officials such as the President or other staffers? Where could the
event take place? Should we link this event to service?
Example: What does your chapter do on campus for the student body for
fun and for service. This can be applied to Community, State, and National.
Are there APO productions performed for the students? Are there sporting
events in which you participate?
I would like to propose what I've gathered from our brethren to the rest
of my brothers here. They are much interested in our new connection with you
via the internet.
