        I think it is relevant.... if any chapter of APO as a National
Fraternity is in violation on Title IX, it poses the potential for a
lawsuit directed at the National Fraternity as a whole, not the individual
chapter.  Just because the university hasn't said anything about the
chapter being all-male doesn't mean that remaining all-male is the right
thing to do.
        Please feel free to flame on the above comments but I ask that if
you intend to do so, please refrain from sending me personal mail that
continues to call me stupid or tell me I won't understand because I am a
girl....yes, I have been receiving some very UNBROTHERLY private email,
again (and I only thought it came from...well, I am not going to go into
that, my mailbox gets full enough so as it is).
