Brothers,
We have reserved (used) 100 more Hotel sleeping rooms at the Phoenix Hyatt
Regency than our room block guaranteed. The hotel has literally run out of
double double rooms. If you call now for room reservations the hotel will
tell you they are sold out.
They will give you the telephone number of our backup convention hotel: The
Ramada Phoenix Plaza, telephone 602-258-3411.
The Ramada Phoenix will honor our rate of $50 single, double, triple, quad.
We have 100 rooms available to us at the new hotel.It is about 1 block away
from the Hyatt Regency.
Phoenix is going to be a big Convention.
