I have two technical questions for someone who knows the rules
regarding the credentials of voting delegates.
1) If the delegates we are now planning to send are different than
those listed on our registration form, what should we do? Is there
something we should do in advance or can we handle it when we get there?
2) What are the rules if one of our voting delegates should have
to leave the convention early? Are we allowed to substitute someone else
for the remainder of the session? Under what circumstances is this
permitted?
These answers will help us resolve a complicated situation that
has come up in our chapter.
