Sending information by mail (often referred to as snail-mail) is costly
and time consuming, and it has proven to be out of our budgetary reach.
As an example, to mail 1 to 5 standard pages of information, such as a
newsletter, to all active alumni in DC, Maryland, and Virginia would
cost about $960 (To send postcards to everybody, the cost would be $600).
Our annual budget has been roughly $30 on average. In light of the
financial problem of sending information to area alumni, how do you
envision informing alumni in our area of news & events?

How would you propose funding the informing process, if applicable?

We wish to serve the alumni of our area, but we have found it extremely
hard to do in light of funding problems. How do you envision us serving
     alumni at low costs?
