I hope people see this reply before going berserk (especially Mark) but
this is incorrect, and a retraction should be in the paper, if not already,
soon. The media has once again screwed up and reported the facts
incorrectly. I happened to speak to the Field Director in the district
here (interviewing him for a paper I'm doing tonight), and asked him
about it. What has happened, is that the BSA has a program in school,
and I forgot the name of it, but because it is a school program the BSA
cannot exclude homosexuals because it is separate from BSA.

This is correct. BSA has not changed its policy regarding homosexuals,
or atheists (the topic of my paper).
