During the holiday season please stop by Alpha Beta's Thon page
http://cac.psu.edu/~bkm15/thon.html and please help us raise money for
kids with cancer. We appreciate your suport!

Dance Marathon is a 48-hour event that Alpha Beta Chapter takes part in
every year. The Marathon, affectionly known as THON, raises money for the
Four Diamonds Fund. The Fund provides financial assistance to families
who have children with cancer. THON '96 alone raised $1,214,257, making
it the fifth consecutive Dance Marathon to raise over $1 million. This
contribution to the fund equates to roughly 80% of all their total
donations. This event is the largest student run philanthropy in the
nation!

If you would please take a moment to check out Alpha Beta's web page:
http://cac.psu.edu/~bkm115/apo.html and visit the THON page we would
really appreciate it. This page is setup so that you can learn more about
THON and if you would like, make a pledge (donation) to our cause. As I
said each year Alpha Beta chapter has 2-3 couples in THON (That's as many
as we're allowed) and we raise as much money as we can.

If you have any questions, you can email me at bmace@psu.edu. This is the
first year we are attempting to use the Internet to get donations, so
please help us out and check out our web pages. If you can make a
donation we greatly appreciate it. Their is no money required at this
time. The THON committee mails out pledge envelopes around March 1st,
and all you have to do is return the envelope with your donation. If you
would like to make a donation and would not like to use the web page,
please email me.

Thank you for your support,

In Leadership, Friendship, Service
-Bevan Mace
