No, they make up about 10% ( about 31 out of about 330)
OTOH, they make up 100% of the chapters directly affected by this
legislation.
Which of the 10 regions were represented by all-male chapters? My guess
is II, IV & VII. These regions contain 60% of the all-male chapters and
are the only ones to have all-male chapters in more than one section.
