Should it matter?  I think the point was that there was a least a fair
representation of the minority upon which this issue will affect.  I am
sure the THREE people in the room did not overpower and physically
intimidate or pressure the EIGHT other brothers.

I for one am confident that all 11 brothers who were selected by our
regional directors were fair and impartial in their duty and, in light
of the report from Brother Bill, am impressed with the committee's
introspective analysis that the issue should be further studied as
opposed to making a hasty decision either way.

My thanks go to each of the brothers in the Chapter Operations Reference
Committee who did their job fairly and honestly.
