Did go, but can't get enough conferencing in?
Not sure about Minneapolis in 1998?
Fear not. Here are some options for you in 1997!
March 21-23: Section 88 Conference right here at RPI. Beach party theme.
Perfect to start or end your spring break. We expect over 300 to
attend. :)
August 30-Sept. 1: (Labor Day weekend) Epsilon Zeta 50th anniversary gala
celebration. Potential for 700++ attendees, at one of Albany's finest
hotels, the Desmond. Not to be missed, whether in EZ or elsewhere.
Oct./Nov.: Section 88 conference at Clarkson, section 89 conference at
Syracuse.
December 28-30: Region 1,2 conference. Lehigh valley, PA. This site is
centrally located to most chapters in Regions 1,2 AND 3, and parts of 4 and
5,
so for a lot of those who couldn't make a western convention, this is your
opportunity to make up for it by going to a mini-nationals in your
backyard. Note that since Nationals 2000 could be in PA, this may be a small
preview/dress rehearsal of what to expect three years hence. Expect over 350
attendees, including half of SOC. lafayette College/APO shrine is local.
