Sorry. I'm not at all familiar with that part of the state. My parents
live in Fairfax county and I go to school in southwest Virginia. I have
been to Williamsburg and that's basically where I get my impression of
that part of the state from.

Norfolk is part of the Tidewater area, which means that it

That's about 10 times as many people as I thought there were in that part
of the Old Dominion.

Sounds like Region 3 has a lot to do. There are 3 places within the
region who would like to bid on the convention.
