Just a slight correction. The new pledging and brotherhood initiation fees
do not take effect until September. This was verified by our President who
called Nationals and asked about this. Other things such as the ritual
changes and such really can't start to be used until chapters have
received updated copies of these, which I believe is sometime next month.
