***** Kenneth Clark Leadership Paper Award ****
The Center for Creative Leadership is sponsoring the Kenneth E.
Clark Research Award -- one for best undergraduate paper, and one
for best graduate paper. This is part of our annual competition to
recognize outstanding unpublished papers by undergraduate and
graduate students. The award is named in honor of the
distinguished scholar and former Chief Executive Officer of the
Center. The winners of these awards will receive a prize of $1,500
and a trip to the Center to present the papers in a colloquium.
The Center will also assist the authors in publishing their work in
the Leadership Quarterly journal. For a copy of the Call for
Papers, please contact Dr. Walter Tornow at the Center for Creative
Leadership, One Leadership Place, P.O. Box 26300, Greensboro, NC
27438-6300, or telephone (910) 288-7210 and ask for Laura Iemma,
Dr. Tornow's secretary. Deadline for submission is August 29, 1997.
