Hello:

On the issue of the CPPC...

One thing I suggest to the Chapters in my Section (91) is to break the
CPPC up into smaller pieces and work on a small piece of it per meeting.
(I believe that this suggestion is given by others as well.)  It becomes
much more manageable by the Chapter and the Brothers.  And since each
individual meeting is shorter, rather than the marathon meeting, the
Brothers are more likely to participate inthe process.

Also I have suggested that if a chapter is looking at doing a retreat to
make the CPPC part of the weekend.

They sound simple, but sometimes we need to remind ourselves to try
something in smaller, more simple parts.
